Morning,what holds the fuel filter as standard please?Smile

Presume the duck tape sticking mine to tank is not standard!Roll eyes

Its a plastic clip, can be bought from peugeot for £1.50. Real pain in the arse. Mine failed on the MOT because it didnt have one on even tho it was secured with a tie wrap and has passed the last 3 mot's like it.

YOu have to slide the right hand part up inbetween the fuel tank and the chassis if i remember right. Then the left hand piece locates in one of the lug holes on the tank. You cant miss it.

Just for extra protection, i stuck mine up with some glue as they aren't the sort of things to stay where they are lol.

Im looking to do mine as i dont think its been changed in a while, is it just a case of pulling the pipes off quick and re attaching the new filter (method i used on my punto Turbo) Whistle

Where is it located?

You don't like my duct tape fix?!

The strap had already snapped when I bought the car, I put the tape on when I changed the filter.

Well, nearly 2 years after I did it it's still there, so couldn't have been that bad a fix!
