Can a 1.8 compressor work on a gti6 engine?

You need to look at the ports where the pipes bolt to it.

i have fitted a 1400 cc a/c compresor but the pipes where diferent as was the pulley i fitted the 1.4 pipes and the gti6 pulleyBig grin

yeah the zx td is back on the road front mounted intercooler fitted fuel pump tweaks now required + turbo adjustment

Hey, Just noticed my air con compressor has started clunking...
There is a mechanism on the outside of the pulley that looks like a centrifugal clutch of some description. When I give it a burst of revs, it locks out then "clunks" and engages, revolving at same speed as the pulley. any ideas? I'm not able to get under the car until the end of the weekend, just thought i'd post this up and see what response i get.
