here is a diy mod i done was to make my magnex backbox a lot quiter as it was getting to loud to drive and could bearly here myself think.
so i got one of the lads in work to make one and i helped to,here are couple of pics and its much nicer to drive now to

Have a look at the for sale threads for the magnex's and you will see the box's are oval not round.

Weird, not seen one like that before, how does your mod make it quieter, just look like a tube put in the end?

reduces the diameter of the tailpipe closer or slightly less than the main pipework, reducing the fart can effect Smile

its one of the "new magnex's" look horseshit in my opinion, never heard one though.

The one i had on my 6 was the classic 3" tailpipe with an oval box.

was off ebay,i will try and find the link. it just takes all the dronning and boom out slightly when driving .there is a slight noise but no way near as bad as it was
