its winter, well.... its been winter all year so it seems, but now its getting cold.

so, in the morning i like go go and fire up the car, stick the heater on 1 and hot so its nice and warm for the nice drive to work.

but to my horror, the heater now only likes working on all or nothing.....

some one enlighten me, so i dont catch a chill in the morning
