i have removed a power boost valve from my gti6 due to me putting diesel in the tank, big mistake i no. the power boost valve is no good as the flanges are knackered from the diesel. i have put the fuel return pipe back onto the return on the injector rail and the pipe from the regulator to the vacuum pipe on the inlet manifold. only to find that petrol has gone through the vacuum into the inlet manifold. i am puzzled now and cant work out why this has happened. all the pipes are connected correctly.
IF ANY ONE CAN HELP PLZ

Is the fuel regulator different from standard when running a boost valve?

sort of, the "boost" valve, is the regulator.

you need to remove the piece that is where the regulator should be, and fit a regulator.

So i just replace the part that goes where the regulator would be with the standard fuel reg.
