Yup, Hopefully i'l find out what the measurements of the 306 caliper are on here, go out to my car, remove caliper, Have a measure if its the same.

Source some calipers and work out what offset and size disks i shall need, Hopefully sub £300 Brembos Smile

I'm trying to work my way round it without having to get brackets made up, I fancied the 197 Brembos but would need to get fabricating to get them to go on Sad

because gti6 calipers have the same measurements as the brembos in terms of distance between centre of holes.
and he doesent have bremobs available so needs to use the measurement of gti6 , to gauge possibility of brembos fitting his car Wink

How similar is the suspension and drive train? Could you use 197 hubs?

as above, just use 197/200 bits?

actually, if yours is the same hubs as the older RSi's and williams, then they used the same calipers as the 1.9 205 gti, and hence the same bolt spacing, just different discs, which may be your downfall.
