my centre section keeps breaking at the seems, it seems to have a lot of movement on start up, so much so that the middle box occasionally hits the bracket, vcould this be due to a dodgy engine mount/s? only thing i can think of.

Sounds like mounts to me, does the engine move all over the place when starting and running, do you get any knocking sounds when lifting off?

Yeah, sounds like a knackered lower mount.

its only really noticeable on start up as i have adjusted the exhaust angle quite a bit. when the bonnet is open and the throttle is revved it does have more movement than I think it should. without a comparison I couldn't say. anyone know where i can get one and if they are hard to replace?

cheers for the replies.
