right quick story, bought my goodwood a little while back, was told the locking wheel nut key was in the car, searched high and low but cant find it, previous owner is certain its there but it aint

anyway ive tried quite a few different things now to get them out as its the only thing really stopping me cracking on with the engine conversion, ive tried knocking on a socket with no joy, chiseling it, welding a nut on but couldn't get it strong enough, getting it red hot etc etc and nothing will budge them

so its come down to drilling them which is a ballache but if i have to then so be it

i thought i'd give one last shot before the drill comes out to see if anyone has got the same locking nuts and could lend me ,sell me the key for them

heres a pic

cheers

paul

i hate them locking wheel nuts, i had them on my 106 and had to get them drilled out as all the little pins snapped on my key. there a nightmare. i would say drilling is the only option.

have you checked under the seats? LOL

You could try hammering a slightly too small socket over it, thats how I got my set off when I left the key at carls one time.

Try these

Used these on my mrs car a while ago with the same type of locking wheel nut.

Bang them on same as you would do as the socket method.

My set had more sockets than the one on the link, but if you hunt around they go up to 21mm as my set does.

Hope this helpsWink
