You wont see an incredable amount of differance.
The pedal will be a bit firmer and more consistant particualy when the fluid gets warm as this can cause rubber hoses to expand more.

Also the lines last alot longer than rubber ones

Yes they do make a difference. More so when you change the fronts than the rears for obvious reasonsSmile Ideally you'll change both ends thoWink

They would make no difference if you were replacing new condition O/E flexible hoses.......but they are a really good idea on cars which are now getting old.
I fitted full swampy's on a 2001 cab and it had the same effect that mad_dave23 describes.

Only thing is you don't know when they might split, At least with rubber ones they do give you an idea.
