they get darker as they go round the car so fronts are lighter then rear quarters slightly darker then rear slightly darker..

i asked for the fronts to be legal but i want them lighter as i think there border line (this pic makes them look darker than they are.

im told the fronts are 35% quarters i think he said 50% then rear is either 50% or 60%

Really?! I was thinking from that picture that the front look at least 65% (which is what I have on my other 306 all round) and the rears about 80%. Obviously can't see rear screen in that shot.
Although a dark coloured interior will always make the tints appear darker from outside

they are dark but not that dark. not a big fam of pimp daddy dark tints. like subtlty. love your white ph 1 in your avatar.

not legal though are they if there is already a factory based tint...... Dunno

i like it very much, always loved this colour on a 6, and now the windows are tinted works well with the wheels Razz

Against a heat shield?

My centre heatshield was modified, and rear (backbox) one was removed before I had that exhaust fitted.

Was for same reason though, at certain rev ranges, the resonance would vibrate the exhaust off the heatshield. Could be that?

This car is awesome love it the colour really suits it Smile did you paint the black on the door's where it normally has the black vinyl? The vinyl on my driver door is peeling, cracking and has crease's in it i was thinking of just painting it on instead of vinyl.

What is the exhaust you have on it by the way? I want something that rasps, pops and bangs (like the PeugeotSport one on my 106 Rallye used to )

It's a 2.25 Longlife system mated to a Magnex decat with the centre silencer removed Geek
