hi all noticed today when driving around the 35mph mark my gear stick judders and feel a shaking in the car it seems to drive through and only happens 35mph to 45mph in 4th and six or all other gears are fine has anyone got any ideas what this is and how i can cure it thanks |

my car seems to do the same, the gearstick shakes and the i can feel the car vibrating, but in mine its when im taking off in 1st gear until i reach about 10mph, i wish i could find what it was  ________________________________________ IF YOU CAN READ THIS IM STILL IN 5TH!!! |

I would check the gearbox mount and gear linkages, if they are fine it may be a problem with the clutch.________________________________________ Racing driver, fighter pilot, astronaut, compulsive liar. |

i have the same problem pulling away in 1st gear, i have been told its a hotspot on the flywheel and that skimming the flywheel slightly will sort the judder.________________________________________ Team Nile 6 Team: 40.2 MPG  5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™  I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness  |
