Slight issue whilst driving home today, changed gear and the clutch pedal only came halfway back up. Crazy
The clutch seems ok, I can select all gears fine, just the pedal doesnt return past the bite point. If you lift it up with your foot it returns to normal hight but when pressing down there is no pressure until the bit point.
Is there a spring or something that couldve popped out to cause this?
Really frustrsting as I was on my way back from Carl's haha

Does your pedalbox still have the spring for the pedal?

I'd try removing that first.

If not then new cable perhaps.

Probably the cable.
Although my pedal broke too as a result of the cable being knackered.

(Im not overly mechanically minded so bear with me Big grin ) Looking at it do you mean the spring that goes across, at the end of the white plastic bit?(In a left to right direction)If so then yes theres a spring there. Also there is a spring that sits behind the pedal, if you will, that goes from floor to fuse box direction which is attached to the pedal.

But from looking at other posts people have had a very similar probelm thats been sorted with a new cable, so a new cable is being done tomorrow, fingers crossed

Its the spring attached to the pedal (but I got a bit lost in your descriptions). Mine did this and removing the spring cured it.

Also try the idiot check - if your mat has ridden up into the pedals, the same thing can happen!

How much were you charged? Was it just for the new cable?

Was charged £85 supplied and fitted. This was a cash price though Ninja think they wanted around the hundred mark otherwise.
