Car has been sitting a while battery died etc now jump started it and charged the battery now the remote and central locking doesn't work checked fuses can find nothing any suggestions? Can't see why it would break just by sitting and battery drains? Thanks Paul

Have you tried pressing the alarm button in the car its next to the steering collum. Do the batteries need replacing in the key?

Is it the infra red type of locking? Earlier 306's had this and you can check it by using your phone camera and pointing it at the LED on the fob. You should see a flash through the camera viewscreen when pressing the button

(cameras can see IR light, the human eye cant)
