Yeah, thing is that the Pug is that kind of car that'll always need maintenance, and it'll be years before I have the time to tinker again. Even if I had the time and money for trackdays it might end up being better just getting an Elise or something that can do it all well out of the box, and flogging this car (or bits) now while they're still worth something rather than letting it all rust away to nothing. I've used my 205 for 8k miles this year (past 9 months), nothing has broken, nothing has worn out, it rolls on Peugeot sport Gravel Bilstein suspension (180 lb/21mm) and M1144 pads, so its ready to do a trackday if I so wish, but I haven't done one in it for 5 years.PESSIMIST  ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
