I want to pop the rods off the linkage. Fitting better rods. Can they just pull off or will I need to remove the linkage. Car is sitting on the ground and am kinda lazy ar regards work today!

Pull off, although it's a lot easier (depending on how worn the current ones are) to pop them off with a spanner under the joint as a lever.

i just used a ring spanner under there and prized them up. the ones i got off miles remove easier without tools but have a circlip thing holding them in place. oem ones are bags of toss
