hi folks. ive done a bit of searching but cant find alot on this but basically my clutch peadle has about 2-3 inches of free play at the top before it starts to work the clutch. It seems to be pulling the cable through the bulk head ok but its not moving the lever at the gearbox. Could it be that the auto adjuster is worn or the do i need to replace the whole cable Dunno

Any help or advice would be great, thanks Thumbs up

Did you search pedal aswell?
Some people insist on searching for peddle, but I would advise against thisRoll eyes

A new cable would be a good place to start, but it could be the clutch.
How many miles has it done?

mine does this. i rest my foot 2 inches down on the pedal due to extreme laziness whilst driving. think of it as a footstool rather than a problem

Doh spelling. I've had another look at it and the free play is coming through the adjuster. Is the adjuster a seperate part or does it come with the cable?
