Two 3mm ones, you could go for 4mm quite easily too.

Fancy coming down then... because you can do mine at the same timeRazz

Not a job I fancy doing on site really, sorry guys Razz

Would you sell the fabricated part you made so i can get some 1 closer to home to fit it or is that not an option? Dunno

I could knock up a few plates, drill and weld on the captive nut and the two packer pieces yes, How does £45 per kit each plus postage sound? You will want a reasonable sized machine to weld them in properly, I'd say something like a 180 would be good. Don't be afraid of melting through as the material is very thick around that part of the car.

hi, would you still be willing to do the kits? as ive just taken the engine out my rallye and found i have the exact problem.

ifso what would be your best price with post?

thanks richard.

Some pics of the latest rerpair. And for those fitting the kit themselves, if your original caged nut hasnt broken out completely and left a massive hole already this is the size of the hole you need to make ao that the welded nut on the repair patch will drop down through the hole so that the mount sits down flush.

Looks like Tony has no torso in this shot!LOL

Voila!
