Don't overlook lubricating brake slider pins. You don't have the same issues with AP as standard calipers (which need regular maintenance) but sticky brakes will put more stress on the engine.

I will give the brakes a check up for sure Yes Impressed by them so far, no issues in nearly 2 years Smile

i f*cking paid well more than that direct form RP, im running silkolene pro red racing oil now instead as only 40 quid an oill change, and since i use about .7 of a litre every track day its to dear to use RP when silkolene will be just as good. i managed to get traction fluid of kev for 50 quid for a litre, bonus as its about 90 im sure!!

It is about 90 yes Yes Is it the same stuff you got from Kev?

Thats a fair amount of oil you are losing there, do you think there may be a leak?

doesnt seam to be a leak, unless maybe the rings, when i back off, get a puff of blue smoke! but everything seams to be ok, engine be out soon for a new head and going high boost anyway so will have a wee look, yeah its the right traction fluid from kev as he had it for a 106 but never used it, same tub as stuff from rich.

well not really, as the pro red racing oil is almost like for like, its used in my mates civic typ r rallye car which is a weapon and revs hard all the time, also used in 350 bhp scooby rally cars no issues so im going to stick with it, used it for 1 track day and to be honest seamed to run slightly cooler than the rp, but if rp was same price i would probly stick with it as its what rich recomends

Your welcome mate, cant see the point of paying through the roof for something if you can find it straight away on a google search.

Now i know the oil is cheaper i must admitt im more tempted by charging the 6....
