hi all...

looking to get some forged pistons right now, not too sure which braqnd and wotnot, just know they have to be 86.5...
got a quote off rich from lynx, think he deals with wossner...

just wondered if there were any cheaper alternatives without sacrificing quality?

If youre using forged pistons, youre obviously building a decent engine. Therefore id go with Rich's recommendations, he buys the top quality parts, no point buying cheap, buying twice imho.

Surely you can buy the same brand elsewhere cheaper without impacting on quality?

Also try Carl he is able to source forged pistons for a good price.

As said, Pointless buy cheap stuff as you pay for what you get.
I tend to use Omega or JE but these are around £800.00 a set and Arrow/Sanez rods as fitting anything else is a risk.

Iv got a set of longmans rods and peugeot sport pistons that i will sell for 800. IIRC peugeot sport are omega items, not sure tho. I paid just over a grand for them but no longer need them as im going down the turbo route now.
