This is mine and my dads weekend car.

Dad bought it in august 2009 with 73k on the clock.

It needed new gear linkages and a n/s driveshaft.

The first thing done was the gear linkage so whilst it was in the garage it had a new clutch kit and clutch cable at the same time.

The next thing to do was replace one of the gearbox seals around the speedo cable.

The driveshaft was up next so naturally it had both replaced.

It car then had 4 new pirelli P600 tyres, was balanced all round and had the tracking done.

The bodywork is pretty scruffy as it was vandalised some time in its life;

The P6000's are not the best tyres for the 306, but not the worst. Next time you swap them have a look for what's popular on the forum, tyres can make quite a difference to the handling.

The car has just come back from the bodyshop.

Before Pictures:

Odd door:

Rear dent:

Very deep dent and scratch:

Deep scratch and general swirl marks:

Big dent on the bonnet and very poor condition paint:

The car had several more dents scratches but it's not worth uploading pictures of dents.

After Pictures:

These pictures really don't do it justice, it was very cheap and without fault.

The cambelt has snapped on the 6 and has been in the garage for 2 weeks and 3 days now. It snapped within 12,000 miles of bieng changed and bent all of the valves so its getting a reconditioned head, new valves & guides, a new cambelt and full service.
