a few days ago i was goin 2 work when all ov a sudden my car started to splutter ?? though it might have been out ov petrol but when i give it boot a rattling sound comes from the engine like its hitting a valve i brought it to a mechanic n he recons its a valve blowin back into the inlet manafold it had plenty ov oil n water , it stinks a petrol has anyone have an idea ov what went wrong ,i done the timing belt about 20,000 mile ago at 119000 ,please help me iv a new engine coming but would love to sort out the old engine n maybe get it ready 4 turbo charging
