The torx bolts in the end of my torsion bars have been rounded off at some point meaning that height adjustment can only be done by the 'click' method.

Any suggestions on removing them? i've got some tools for removing rounded off bolts but they still won't budge!

Could maybe try reverse threading them and applying some heat?

I can't get mine out at all and need to replace a trailing arm, so i'm just buying a whole beam LOL
