Are these VSK 623 bushes interference fit? If so will I need a press to fit them or just a BFOH?

just got my motaquip wishbones in the post, seem great quality. Just going to swap the p bushes as a matter of piece of mind for the partner design.

Got these on earlier, a large vice almost did the trick then i used a BFOH and some large sockets to drift them on. Turns out my black compound powerflex items had failed and they were what was causing my vibrations through the steering wheel for ages.
