A nice meet to end 2011 if you fancy it? Damon ( gingerninga ) is planning on coming, as long as he is not jetting off anywhere. He lives in the same village as you??

Well the brembos are all fitted now, running Ferodo DS2500, 40 grooved discs which I get machined up for me. and touch wood, not any squeal yet.

Before on standard calipers

Bigger discs

Chamfered edge I cut into the pads

Anyhow, decided to get out in it today and have a proper drive, nice to get back out in it on a decent afternoon. Got a few new photos

The new brembo set up on!

And a few from my drive out.

Any squeal with those discs Ben? I assume you bought some grooved ones and had extra grooves machined into them?

I like your thinking - If its worked!!!

I've had one or two short squeals from them under light pedal application but that's been it over about 400 miles so far. It's been in traffic, brakes have taken a hammering on the b roads and got hot, and I've only had a few little peeps out of them. Discs are good quality oe items machined to my spec.

How much did the machining set you back? You could be onto a right little earner there...!

Machining including the discs was £75, but he does it as a favour for me.

Just picked up my wheels, freshly powdercoated in white.

Quick sneaky pic

Should look ok once on I hope. Hoping to turn upto my wedding in it, lol.

Imagine this but with the wheels white (and the mudflaps gone)
