does anyone know if its the springs or the shocks themselves that make it a slightly lower ride height, did search but could only find that its 10mm difference

the springs are 2omm shorter iirc but i found them to be softer than the 6 ones when i had them fitted..

they probably are softer as well as being shorter, as they're for a lighter front end, same part as used on the ZX 16v too.
