I'm placing a 5speed gearbox onto my Gti6 lump thats going into the Xsi shell currently, and wondering whether the 'Speedo Drive' is the same as the six speed one to avoid adding more miles on then normal?

i dont think you will have an issue. i run an s16 engine with an xsi box and the speedo converted to electronic as per the xsi box [s16 was cable driven]. do you mean due to the actual 6 box? eitherway i think it will be fine

could always use the xsara one but i bet they are swappable
