After some advice on what to sell it for?

I really have no idea..... or if its even any use to anyone....

Or if i strip it and get it rebuilt - will it be just like new despite the 146k?

Thanks in advance

It will only be like new if you were to have the bores rebored and a new set of pistons fitted along with all the crank, rods, bearings etc, polished or re ground.

Its an expensive job to do all that to an engine as it's very time consuming and alot of new parts will be needed etc, for what you spend unless you can do it yourself you wont really make any money.
