The car: 1997, phase 1, without A/C, single fan unit.

Recently I replaced single fan system with twin fans one. Unfortunately fans are not working (fan units itself are OK though, was checked). Removing brown plug don't change anything.

I don't know if my car have Bitron unit as A/C cars have. If it's not present could it be the reason why fans are not working? If so, is there any workaround to have the fans working?

Thanks
