hi all, i am having a mare with my rear axle, i am stripping it down to replace bearings seals etc but cant seem to shift the ARB end plate, put in an M12 bolt as mentioned to do so in the lowering guide i downloaded and tightened it up as much as it will go and more but feels like if i turn it anymore its going to snap, it has been sprayed with penoil for the last 2 days and still not moving, do you people have any ideas.

make sure its 12x1.5 thread not 1.75, and a 12.9 bolt would be better, the right hand one is the one you should remove first.

all i can say is that i am glad i had the axle on my bench to work on as the anti roll bar was not hard compared to the torsion bars to remove, didnt have a slide hammer, but made a puller and used plenty of heat and shock treatment to remove them both, only thing i cant get out are the ABS sensors, if i give them to much hammer they will break so they can stay in.
