my engine now rocks back and forth on idle more than usual and the exhaust is popping every few seconds. It smells a lot like its running rich. Does this narrow down what the problem could be?

I bought a new ICV, TPS and MAP sensor off Vimto but I've still not recieved them a week later and he isnt replying to PM's
