How easy is it to remove the engine ? Ive got a 2.0 16v, and might be able to pick up a newer, lower mileage engine for a good price.

So, how hard is it to pull out a engine in a 306 ?

My current engine needs a new headgasket / skim, what sort of price do peugoet dealers charge for a new HG ??

If it's a straight swap it's easy, just undo everything, hoist engine out, hoist new engine in do everything up.

Just recently did an engine change on mine and it was simple as that.

Remember to change all the fluids and give it a new oil filter and oil.
