Ok so im starting on the suspension and mounts on my car. Today i replaced the bottom engine mount with a powerflex one and my god the difference is amazing!!! So it got me thinking what other bushes will be shagged. What i want to know is there any advantages of changing the bushes on my wishbones to the powerflex ones or should i just buy new wishbones with standard rubber?

Yeah if i habd endless amounts of money i would buy pretty much everything rich_w makes but i dont so was going for the cheaper option.

In response to the bottom engine mount i guess it depends if yours is shagged like mine but it made a mahoooooosive difference alot more than i thought it would and using the FAQ on changing it was an easy job only took half an hour.

I think Welshpug was talking about the bushes from the Xsara Picasso being stiffer and fitting the 306 but I don't know if that was ever confirmed. Unsure

i can officially state that the picasso bushes are not stiffer, if anything they are alot softer.
i have fitted a set and they are crap, i have now fitted delphi complete wishbones, and they are 500% stiffer than the picasso
