My 6 needs new top mounts as they are making noises etc. Cant get onto the eurocarparts website to order them. Just wondering if someone could point me in the right direction, Theres some listed here, are they the ones i need? http://www.myparts.co.uk/peugeot-rallye-xu10j4rs-suspension-mount-0419971-p-179.html Couldnt find them on the gsf website either  If i can get them ordered this eve it would be great, want to get them on saturday Cheers |

either way you have to take the strut out. I was told that its rare for the top mount to go and its usually just the bearing. I know when i changed the springs on a mates car the other week that the top mount was fine but the bearings were beyond fooked!Edit: plus the bearings are alot cheaper on their own. ________________________________________ Peugeot 306 GTi 6BMW 320 td compact M-sport 1967 Mini Cooper 1990 Jaguar XJR 4.0 |

It will most likely be the bearing making the noise as Mark says. It's up to you whether you replace the mounts too but the mounts (from GSF or ECP at least) do not come with bearings.  ________________________________________ You feed beefburgers to swans. as mentioned, 306 top mounts dont come with bearings, I'd just buy the bearings from GSF for about ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

i got a top mount set from peugeot and came with the bearing and all nuts/bolts etc, cheaper than ________________________________________ 306 rallye, Richard Longman enginerc10gt |
