Im not having the pipes going under the bottom mabs, no way Smile

I bought a new thermostat and 3 coolant sensors today, piece of mind i know they are fine Smile will fit them and redo the coolant system on fri, then we can go from ther. if it still gets warm, then i shall see about doing something with the intercooler and the rad.

do you have a "private" road near you, maybe when the bumper is off drive it and see if it still gts that hot, might tell you if it is a airflow problem

Is it the temp sender playing up? I mean are you seeing a sharp rise in temperature when really there isn't? just a thought. A new sensor is only ~

With normal driving my temp sits bang on 79c (so the dial says) and will creep up from there when driving harder. The oil temp will sit bang on 90c and will only creep up when again driven harder than the norm.
