Well, ive been skulking around all the forums or years now, and ive finally gone and done it!!

Ive bought, a Kit Car!

Its cheatingi know, but its been built already.

Its a Robin Hood Series Three, With some trick bits on it!


Starting with how i received it:


Gaz Coilovers
Cosworth T5 Gearbox
Cosworth Quaiffe Rear Diff (Cant remember the ratios, but equates to 115mph at 7500 rpm in 5th)
Super Sticky Slicks
Sierra XR4X4 vented Discs all round
Quick rack (1

Get some pics up, i like the robin hoods, ive got a robin hood exmo, it will be getting cossie lump when i find one for it!

well, we have a slight development, haviong tried three or four different engines and not being haoppy with them, red tops, duratecs, pintos etc, ive finally bought this........









shes about 360 ponies,

i wouldnt of gone with the robin hood kit but thats just my view.

I had a 2b kit and I must say I agree. The shoddy video and poor design with the bodge what you can did it for me. I sold it. I wish I had done more research and bought an MK indy. Good luck fella I cant wait to see that engine in place.

The robin hood factory is directly opposite where i work, They turn quite a few out from when i see.

They put a HDi lump in one the other week, well it sounded exactly the same as the HDi engine's and was chugging some black smoke out the back, lol

you're on boughton are ya? One of my customers is on that industrial estate? Ever see soem huge crop sprayers flying around....

To be fair, Robin Hood are w*nkers!! but i seem to eb doing ok, and cossie lumps, carl, vary hugely in price depends who ya get it from, what day it is, and even wind direction, but generally 1k for a shagged std one, to 2k for a good standard one!
