Good stuff mate.

I get boost leaks all the time, as the angle of my pipework causes the silicon to be in constant contact with the PAS pump...engine gets hot > PAS pump gets hot > silicon gets hot > hole. Sad

Have to change it about every month. Laugh Dry

Need to install a boost gauge badly.

from a 4k+ conversion? Unsure

Fixed the power steering leak today... sorted the belt alignment and checked all the fluids..

The belt needed a little more tension as it wore inYes

replaced the cat back gasket and went for a drive...

now what are the chances of it keeping up with a brandnew M3 cabriolet parked on the driveNinja

Looking good mate, at least you guys don't get boost hoses blowing in two lol, that is rather scary the first time it happens to you, loads of power then a rather loud bang and in my case a hole through the bonnet lol.

Right... fare few miles in the beast now... suspension needs sorting out for a bit more comfort.. and bit of bodywork..

Charger wise its bang on.. full throttle performance has been faithful and it makes a nice whistle on part throttle... still need to hard pipe the FMIC elbows and get it RR'd..

It was overfuelling majorly due to a knackered lambda.. but ive just replaced it with a genuine BOSCH one which has helped a little. Will hook it up to diagnostics as im getting 210 miles sensible to the full tank..:haha

I have a feeling my TPS is on its way out.. as the conversion relies on this heavily for the fuelling..Yes

A little picture update.. Astor in need of some TLC from stone chips etc.. Been running with no grille since build and think its time to cover up and be a bit modest...LOL

New wheels too... compliment the 310mm brembo's nicely..

Got a new front bumper smoothed..

Fitted with a new splitter too... was contemplating a carbon item.. but dont think i could look after it too well..
A quick wash... the smoothing gives a subtle change.. waiting upon some carbon plates to go with the bonnet and petrol caps... Big grin

Beautiful weave..

Dusk...

Gonna debadge the back and smooth the sides soon..Ninja
