Amazing combination of useable power, handling, braking, poise and of course looks. Modifications (Exterior) None it doesn't need any Modifications (Interior) None it doesn't need any Modifications (Performance - that didn't work) I have experimented with loads of things to TRY and improve the car including Brembo 4-pot brakes, Peugeot Sport Gp N exhaust system + twin decat downpipe, Magnex exhaust system, single decat pipe, 25bhp and 50bhp NOS, Pi lowering springs and lowered torsion bars. None of these helped improve the car for the road as I do such a high mileage. Modifications (Performance - that did work) Bilstein shocks all round and Eibach -30mm front springs combined with a tiny reduction in height at the back of the car (Car is now 610mm at all corners when measured at wheel arches), Hybrid 28.5/25.4mm Rear Anti Roll Bar, Speedline 7x16" Alloys with Toyo Proxes tyres, K&N Panel Air filter in original Airbox. |

Best moment? Every single time I drive the car it makes me smile with enjoyment - best car I've ever owned and I've had over 30! OK - 4 wheel sliding under power in the wet just like a 4x4. Worst moment? Spinning the car due to driving to fast, road conditions and no ABS due to a garage forgetting to replace the ABS fuse when they had fiddled with the fuses/wiring. | |
