Owner rallyecommsYear of registration 1999 Year you bought the car December 2003 Mileage when bought 19,000 miles Current mileage 30,000 miles Paint colour Cherry Red What made you buy this car? Unfortunately for me, I live directly opposite a Peugeot Garage. I saw the Rallye come in, and saw it sit there for 3 months. I always knew they where good motors, but I was in a 'Diesel economy' sensible stage of my life! I decided it would be rude not to go and at least test-drive it. After the drive, I paid a deposit on the spot ... Modifications (Exterior) It came with clear side repeaters, and I put the original Cyclones back on it. Modifications (Interior) Air freshener, and a Peugeot CD player (the only creature comforts!) Modifications (Performance) K&N 57i induction kit, relocated to behind the front 'fog light' opening. Peugeot Sport Group N Exhaust system and de-cat. Black Diamond drilled and grooved discs, with Predator fast-road pads. Best moment? Running as course car on this years Circuit of Ireland, and Ulster Rallys. Closed public road ... nuff said! Worst moment? Grounding out over a hump back bridge last August, and holing the Sump. I had to wait for 4 days to find out if there was any engine damage. Luckily for me, there was none!! |
